Any issue arrising after the item leaves our hands and is turned over to the carrier, must be address with the carrier. We do not offer refunds or replacements on items lost or damaged by the carrier. You must contact the carrier and file an insurance claim for the item.

Exchanges only if order is in original package and return label has been paid by Buyer. If Buyer decided they no longer want the item only 50% off the amount paid will be refunded.
