5 oz. Stainless Steel Polar Camel Mugs feature doubl-wall, vacuum insulation with a clear, slider lid. They are 2X heat and cold resistant compared to other tumblers. Polar Camels are made from 18/8 gauge stainless steel (18% chromium/8% nickel) – also known as Type 304 Food Grade.

Available in 16 colors!

Yellow, Olive Green, Black, Red, Royal Blue, Silver, Pink, Teal, Light Blue, Light Purple, Purple, Dark Gray, Navy Blue, Orange, Maroon, and White

Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges

FREE SHIPPING for orders over $59.00 Shipping charges are flat rate according to product size.  If multiple items are purchased, the largest box item rate will be applied. Special shipping instructions may incur additional charges. If you need a faster shipping method, please contact us at info@CreationsByHebert.com to discuss additional shipping options.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of your goods. We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
  • Product is broken; or
  • Product is the wrong size (does not match order); or
  • Product is the wrong style (does not match order); or
  • Product is the wrong color (does not match order).
Refunds do not apply to the following goods:
  • Items requested after 14 days of receipt.
  • Sale Items.
  • Personalized Items (expect as noted above)
If a refund is requested, it will be processed within 5 days of receipt of your return. If a replacement was requested, you will be notified by email of the expected shipment date.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, use the following procedure:
  1. Send an Email to info@CreationsByHebert.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and if you want a refund or a replacement. A picture is preferred but not required.
  2. We will reply by email within 2 business days with your return authorization information and any additional instructions.
  3. Pack your goods and attach the return label that was included in your return authorization email.
  4. Go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.
