Business must have a Federal Way business address & City of Federal Way business license to participate.
* Must be a local small business to sell through the marketplace.
- Local is defined as Washington-owned (if multiple-locations)
- Small Business is defined as fewer than 20 employees or annual gross income under $4M (average of past three years)

There’s currently no fee to join Shop Local Federal Way. You can join and sign up now without commitment to any future payment.
As the site grows, there will be opportunities to contribute to nominal marketing fees as your use of the site and marketplace customer base grows.
